Male Mosquito's are friendly and harmless, it's the females you have to watch out for.
(there's a come back to that last statement, but I'm not touching it)
So before you swat this critter off your arm, give it a quick anatomy check,...it's the bushy eye brows (antennae) that gives him away as well as the lack of a proboscis (the mosquito's mouth like biting apparatus )
So,...unless you're a female mosquito,...this guy is not going to bother you at all.
