A continuation of my Robin Red Breast series that surprisingly began in this apple tree during a late winter snow storm February 13th.
This mother Robin and her mate nested in the same tree several weeks ago.
Fortunately their nest is viewable without disturbing the birds privacy.
I am now photographing the daily activities of the proud parents and their three offspring, hopefully thru the young birds fledging the nest on their own.
I will be adding an assortment of these captures to the winter series displayed here.
It all began when a spring Robin took up late winter residence in this same tree during a February 13th blizzard, survived two more snow storms and the remainder of winter surviving on 12 to 15 dozen rotten apples that hung in the tree.
