Description
Male Robin with a mouth full of scavenged worms and grub returns to the nesting female keeping their three newly hatched young warm and cozy.
For two weeks these adult robins were coming and going almost non stop, both adults working together to provide sustenance until their babies fledge their temporary home in an apple tree.
It was a gift to be able to closely document the entire incubation period thru the young Robins fledging on their own.
I miss seeing and photographing them every day.....I think I'm having empty nest syndrome ;-)
